The Cred team worked with with honestbee for nearly two years with the aim to establish online grocery leadership in Hong Kong, an increase in relevancy with consumer lifestyles and promote awareness of the brand, its services and benefits. We helped honestbee stay in the news, announced new partnerships, collaborated with a charity and announced partnerships and promotions, creating interesting story angles in order to keep the buzz!
Campaigns included honestbee’s food delivery service “honestbee FOOD” which we launched across print and online with and discount codes for new customers; the launch of UK giant Tesco’s partnership with honestbee through gifting to bloggers and journalists; and, a Christmas hampers push. One of our favourite campaigns was the partnership we established between honestbee and Feeding HK to create Hong Kong’s first online charity food store that raised HKD300,000 in just three months.
Measurement and Evaluation
- 149 pieces of coverage across traditional and digital media with over 60% of the coverage coming from top tier publications such as Apple Daily, AM730, HKEJ, HKET, ELLE, Jumpstart, TVB weekly as well as one of the biggest radios stations – RTHK
- HKD300,000 target as an online charity food store was successfully raised in just 3 months
- Over 6,400 staple items from honestbee were donated to Feeding Hong Kong
